Ann Story

Ann Story was born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She was one of the first 100
undergraduate women at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) where she received her B.S. in
Business and Economics as well as her commission in the Air Force. After proudly serving our
country for 21 years, she retired from active duty and began her post-military careers. She was
a tax preparer for 15 years and for nine years, she was the payroll specialist for a K-12 public
charter school in Fort Collins. Ann also holds an M.S. in Systems Management from the State
University of New York-Binghamton, and is a graduate of numerous professional military
education programs. Ann and her husband Steve joined OSLC in 2012. She served on the
OSLC Audit Committee from 2012 until 2016 when she joined the Finance Staff. Ann is also a
member of the Chancel Choir. When she’s not in Fort Collins, you will most likely find her
having fun in the mountains – operating a tractor to clear land, watching the wildlife, fishing, or
reading. She loves all animals, but has a special fondness for cats.

One phrase that describes me:

Attention to detail

If I could have dinner with anyone, living or dead, who would it be?

My late Dad, and I would introduce Steve to him.
