ChildSafe Fundraiser a huge success!

The Outside Our Walls committee thanks you again for your incredible generosity during our Birthday gifts and hygiene products collection for the clients of ChildSafe. You provided an enormous amount of hygiene products, many soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, sunglasses, purses, baseball caps and over $500.00 of gift cards and $1503.30 in donations. “Earlier this year we polled the parents/guardians we work with, as well as our 11-18 year-old-clients, to learn about their unmet needs. It has been an eye opener and we have been responding by connecting clients with local resources. As a result, we have also seen incredible kindness from the community!  One example is Our Savior’s Lutheran Church – they have made a significant impact with multiple deliveries of hygiene products and birthday gifts for our teen clients. Parents and children who use ChildSafe services have been so touched by their generosity!”
