I want to introduce you to Mosaic in Northern Colorado.
- Mosaic provides a wide range of services in the home and community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Mosaic partners with families, schools and providers to collaboratively build support plans that promote positive behaviors.
- Mosaic helps aging adults maintain independence through Soreo and The Oaks, our Senior Services.
Our person-centered planning approach brings together funders, family members, other trusted friends and, most importantly, the person served to figure out which services will be the right fit to help achieve goals and dreams.
Often, people need a combination of services both at home and in their communities to empower them to live full and meaningful lives.
Health and safety is Mosaic’s number one concern right now. The COVID-19 pandemic may be changing the way we live our lives, but it is not changing the need for services and supports to our most vulnerable population.
Mosaic made the difficult decision to cancel their annual Partners in Possibilities fundraising event to comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We have since rescheduled the event for June 3rd and will be presenting the program entirely online.
I hope you will join me on June 3rd to view Mosaic’s program and discover all the wonderful things that are happening in the lives of those they serve. Please watch your email in the coming weeks for an invitation to view the virtual event.
